I’m not going to tell you that you’re tired and need to sleep...

I’m also not going to tell you that “baby should be sleeping through by now” or that “it’s just a stage”.

You need something that works for both of you, before you slip into permanently crying or hysterically laughing, whatever comes first.

I’m a sleep consultant with a Masters Degree in Psychology, and years of experience in the mental health field (plus I know the struggle when coffee refuses to make a dent).

Alright, straight up - are you going to trick me into some kind of cry-it-out method?

The answer to that one is easy - not a chance. No way. Never.

We’re also not going to do spaced soothing, or anything else that you find uncomfortable.

You’re Māmā and you know your baby best. This is about what works for you!

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of online programs there are no refunds.

How long will it take me?

We’re only going to do one lesson a day, your ‘homework’ for the night, and then we head into the next thing the following day.

This is a slow and intentional program so that everything has time to settle. The slower the change, the more long-lasting it is (the dream right?!).

It will take you no more than 10 mins a day, for 21 days.

How do I get access?

You’ll receive an email after purchase with everything you need, including your log in instructions and details for the program platform.

Is there a lot of reading involved?

Nope! No need to read anything if you can’t summon the energy! In fact you can listen to everything while you’re making a cuppa, or sit and watch a 5-10 minute video.

I'm a FTM & currently pregnant - can I use your program?

BIG YES! Antenatal education talks so much about birth and perhaps a bit of breastfeeding. However the sleep education is often outdated and lacking!
